My Story

What started as a weekend project during some much-needed downtime turned into a quiet obsession. It was supposed to be just a fun hobby—something to pass the time—but it quickly became part creative outlet, part therapy, and part daily science experiment (with a lot of flour on the floor). I still mix, fold, and bake in my home kitchen, using the same starter and dutch oven I always have—just with a few more bannetons now. It took months of trial and error to get here, and while I haven’t mastered the craft (and maybe never will), I’ve reached a point where I’m ready to share my bread beyond just family and friends.

Order Information

I am a full-time student and employee, so I bake bread during my free time—usually in the quieter moments of my week. When you place an order, I’ll send you an email with an estimated time of completion as well as payment information. I complete orders in the order they’re received, so I appreciate your patience if it takes me a little while to get to yours. Since I’m working with just one oven, baking multiple loaves can take some time, but I promise each one is made with care and intention. Additionally, if you have any allergies please send them to me as I make all loaves in the same kitchen! Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
